33,334 to 66,667 gallons $  2.44 per Thousand Gallons

100,001 to 133,333 gallons $  1.00 per Thousand Gallons
133,334 gallons and More $    .45 per Thousand Gallons

Flat Rate (Non-Metered): $26.99 per month

PLEASE NOTE! Highland does not own or operate a Sewage Treatment Plant. Highland does own and operate a rather extensive Sewage COLLECTION and TRANSPORTATION pipeline network. Highland's sewer pipes are connected to one of three downstream sewer systems that apply treatment. As such, all Highland sewer customers receive a monthly bill from Highland for sewage Collection and Transportation and a bill from one of those three downstream systems for further TRANSPORTATION and TREATMENT.

If your sewage flows to the Windber Treatment Plant, those charges are a seperate line item on your Highland Bill and their rates are shown below.
