Project Area 1 - Bedford St Area

Week of June 5th: The contractor will continue with the Sewer Rehabilitation portion of the project on Bedford St. Crews will be working in the intersection of Leventry, Oakridge and Bedford early in the week and will progress down Bedford St towards Belmont. Expect delays in this busy intersection. Thank you for your patience.

Week of May 15th: The contractor will continue with water services on Bedford St. Also, the sewer rehabillitation will start on Bedford St. Expect delays on Bedfors Street between Noah's Ark Ln and Cherry Ln. Thank you for your patience.

The contractor will continue with restorations on Hoffman drive the week of May 8th. Construction crews are now on Bedford St and work will continue the next few weeks. They started at Alvin St and will be working their way down towards the cloverleaf. Traffic will be down to one lane in work areas. If you are unable to avoid this area during this time, please be patient and use caution while traveling.

The water main has been installed and the contractor is currently working on installing services on Hoffman Dr. Construction should be finished up by early next week (May 1) and restorations will begin. By the middle of next week construction should begin on Bedford St between Alvin St and Cherry Ln.

Contractors began work on Monday, April 17th on the water line on Hoffman Dr.

Highland has hired a contractor to install new water lines on Hoffman Dr. They will also be replacing the sewer main on Bedford Street from the Geistown Cloverleaf to Alvin Street, as well as sections on Scalp Ave and Lamberd Ave. Please check back for updates or sign up to receive updates on our Home Page.
