Public/Customer Notification

Recent changes by the PA DEP to Chapter 109 now requires all Public Water Suppliers, such as Highland, to be able to notify our customers BY PHONE within 24 hours of the occurrence of an emergency incident that may have an adverse affect on the quality of water delivered to your home. As such, we need to obtain and/or verify your phone number. (PLEASE NOTE: Your phone number and e-mail address will only be used for Highland communication and will not be shared with any third party!)
